We offer masterclasses, seminars, and events that enhance personal, professional and spiritual development, all with a Biblical foundation and inspired our faith in Jesus Christ.

We foster a supportive community, The Women of Impact Community, where women can connect, grow and collaborate.
Programs
The Women of Impact Community: A personal growth program to empower women to become influential leaders. They gain insights, tools, and support for making a positive impact in their life.
Projects
Annual social projects where we contribute to society. We volunteer by getting involved in an existing project or offering our own project to a non-profit organization.
Events
Throughout the year, we organize online and in-person events to connect, inspire, teach, and equip women in their personal growth and faith.

Grounded in the Word of God we envision a world where every woman is empowered, equipped, and supported to achieve her dreams and mission. We believe that each woman is born for greatness!
Through our efforts, we aim to change mindsets, freeing women from fear, guilt, and shame, so they can become women of impact.
We fulfill our mission by fostering a strong community, initiating meaningful social projects, organizing inspiring events, guidance and offering valuable resources.

MEET THE FOUNDER
The founder of Women of Impact Ministries is Satcha Maduro-Valies. She mentors women to create lasting impacts, achieve their goals, and lead significant lives. Once a struggling single mother in debt, she overcame depression through faith in Jesus Christ. Now a certified John Maxwell Team coach and speaker, Satcha transforms lives by fostering mindset and attitude changes for personal and professional growth. Her powerful speeches inspire, connect, and motivate audiences. Happily married and reunited with her daughter, she coaches and trains in the Netherlands and the Caribbean. She leads Women of Impact Ministries and inspires as a jazz and gospel singer, proving that with God, all things are possible.
